On Friday I went to an ultimate home game, No Fuss and Feathers Traveling All-Stars and Motor Kings at Rockwood Music Hall Stage 3. A band made up of four good friends, at the venue where I am often greeted by name, and an audience filled with friends.

On my third post about Falcon Ridge I finally get to the official start of the Festival. After various mishaps FRFF was running on all cylinders Friday. What I mean by that is that I started my day with bacon and eggs and the Dharma Café; I have simple needs.

Shawna Nuff
This has been a Shawna Caspi weekend. I saw her Friday at the American Folk Art Museum and Saturday at the Old Franklin Schoolhouse in Metuchen.
Yesterday was a long day, I went from therapy and seeing my psychiatrist in Harrison all the way down to Brooklyn to see The Kennedys at Jalopy. I had a lot of time in between so I decided to go to Mile End for Poutine.
