I’ve finally reached the last day of Falcon Ridge. Let’s see if I can remember anything.

The FRFF website says that the festival started on Friday. That’s only if you accept a narrow definition of what the festival is. Thursday should certainly be included as that’s when we have the Lounge Stage. Six solid hours of music. But even that does not encompass the entire festival as many of us arrive on Wednesday. There’s nothing happening at the stages, but the community takes shape. There is always music. That’s where I’ll begin
Kataklysm
I did make it out of the house, just in time, to see Kat Quinn at the Sidewalk café. I made it there in just an hour, that was exciting. Dan saved me a seat. This was Kat’s farewell show, she’s moving to LA. My usual joke is to say that it’s because she hates me, but as you’ll discover, that just won’t work today.
Yesterday was a full day, I made preparations for moving, went to see the sensational The Sea The Sea, had a chance meeting with a friend I haven’t seen in ages, and got tsuris from the subway and a restaurant.
Yesterday was a Friday in May or June which means it was a mental health day, therapy followed by the Sunset Singing Circle. In between I went shopping at Trader Joe’s.
